When making a purchase from Absolute Furniture Warehouse, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Please carefully read and understand the following information regarding our returns policy:

Change of Mind Returns:

We do not provide a refund, replacement, or return if you simply change your mind about the purchased item.

Fault and Warranty:

Absolute Furniture Warehouse ensures that all sold goods are free from defects in materials and workmanship, unless otherwise stated. 

Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives missing parts, faulty, defective, or damaged during manufacturing, please contact us immediately at hello@absolutefurniturewarehouse.com.au

The appropriate solution for a product fault will depend on the nature of the fault, and we are committed to assisting you.


We may, at our discretion, arrange one or a combination of the following:

  •         Send you any missing parts or components
  •         Arrange a repair
  •         Replace the product (subject to availability)
  •         Offer an alternative product
  •         Request that the item is brought back to the store for assessment as customers cost
  •         Provide a partial or full store credit voucher or refund

Faults and Warranties Do Not Cover:

  •     Normal wear and tear
  •     Damage or wear resulting from improper maintenance or care
  •     Damage limited to external or product packaging only
  •     Damage arising from misuse, abnormal use, or abuse
  •     Damage caused by improper assembly or modification
  •     Damage occurring during your handling and transportation of goods after collection
  •     Pilling in fabric, which can be a result of normal daily use and is not considered a fault. Pilling can be influenced by climatic conditions, atmosphere, and environment.
  •     Fabric separation 
  •     Minor variations in dimensions, color, grain, or finish
  •     Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
  •     Lounges that are advertised other than on this website and are further clearance sale or as is. These are sold at cost or near cost and do not include warranty of any sort for structure or fabric.

Warranty if applicable on purchase covers 12 month structural manufacturing defects. 

Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Cases:

    We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if:

  •         You have changed your mind and no longer require the item
  •         The order you placed has been delayed by out of control circumstances
  •         You have found an alternative option elsewhere
  •         The style, color, or size is no longer suitable
  •         You were aware of a fault in the item prior to purchase
  •         You were responsible for the fault
  •         Minor variations in dimensions, color, grain, or finish
  •         The item does not fit due to wrong calculations of room space
  •         The item does not fit through access doors or in the proposed area
  •         You have decided that you cannot afford the item


How to Make a Warranty Claim:


Step 1: Email hello@absolutefurniturewarehouse.com.au with the details of your order, including the order number, date of purchase, full name, address, best contact number, and a description of the warranty claim or return reason.

Step 2: Include clear and accurate images depicting the claim. Please provide as many images as possible.

Step 3: Wait for contact via phone or email within 5 business days to be informed about the review and possible resolution of your claim.
