Absolute are way better than the other dodgy furniture warehouse places. We bought 2 modular lounges, put them in storage for 2 months while our house was finished being built. Upon unboxing one base was slightly damaged. Absolute had a new module shipped out for us. A warranty with Absolute actually means something. How fast is delivery?

Fast metro delivery is available on all lounges bought online, and most Brisbane metro orders arrive within 7 days. Delivery is also available Australia-wide.

How does same-day click & collect work?

Order online and collect your lounge the same day. If you want to check timing first, call us on (07) 3190 4948.

Can I see a lounge before I buy?

Yes. Visit our Rocklea showroom (Mon–Fri 9am–3pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm) or Enoggera showroom (Fri 9am–3pm, Sat–Sun 9am–12pm). Call ahead and we'll confirm the model you want is on display. See addresses

What warranty do I get?

Every lounge comes with a 12-month structural fault warranty. For extra peace of mind, add Guardsman Elite Fabric Protection Plus when you buy. It protects against spills becoming permanent stains and includes a 5-year product warranty.

Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip?

Yes. Choose Afterpay or Zip at checkout to spread the cost of your lounge. With Afterpay you pay in 4 instalments.

Is assembly required?

Most lounges arrive nearly ready to go, usually you just attach the feet. Professional assembly and rubbish removal is also available at checkout for $80 on small and medium lounges, or $100 on large lounges.
